HAF Architects, established in 1992, is a small professional practice with a diverse range of project types in our portfolio.  From residential remodels to multi-million dollar homes, hotels, restaurants and office buildings, HAF provides creative design, maximizing space to realize your specific goals. Maintaining a small firm has allowed us to foster a close relationship with our clients focusing on select niche projects. 

Our vast experience working with both general contractors and sub-contractors as well as acting as owner's rep through construction management, has given us a “step up” to our competition. We design and develop detailed drawings that work. We never short change the technical side of our work knowing that success is within those details.  We have provided services to most states in the country and have received numerous design awards both locally and nationally for our design and developments.

The firm was established by Michael Hoefler, based in the St. Croix Valley.  As developer and owner of his own properties, he has been able to share that experience with our clients from architectural design and interiors as well as development and construction management.  While holding licenses in many states throughout the country, Michael now focuses his creative energies in SE Metro area of the Twin Cities, Hudson WI and Northern Wisconsin.  Remaining a small team continues to allow us to provide a unique one-on-one experience for each of our clients.
